This 44sqm apartment is located on the 1st floor of a detached house from 1967. It is particularly suitable for fitters. The four sleeping places are a bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable, convertible sofa bed in the living room. Here you will also find a table with sufficient seating. For your entertainment there is satellite TV as well as a hi-fi system and Internet access.

The modern kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a holiday in Xanten: a stove with a ceramic hob and oven, as well as a microwave, as well as a coffee machine, a toaster and a refrigerator. When the weather is nice, you can have breakfast in the morning sun on the small balcony.
