There are two adjoining / adjoining apartments, Apartment 207 and Apartment 208, each with two bedrooms, bathroom, full kitchen, storage room and living room with a south-facing balcony, so with wonderful sun all day. So, ideal for a large family, you and your friends, two families or just an apartment for yourself. In principle, each apartment is rented out separately but can of course also be rented together.
Also very suitable for wintering in the beautiful Algarve if you and your partner want to enjoy the sun for a long time and maybe have the (grand) children in your own apartment or with you for a few weeks.
Your apartment - or apartments, (each more than 81m2) is on the second floor (with elevator), with a beautiful south-facing balcony, overlooking the Estrada do Farol and has a nicely furnished dining room with air conditioning that cools in summer and warms in winter, wifi / internet, satellite TV and DVD player, kitchen with microwave, oven, 4-burner gas stove, extractor hood, washing machine, fridge with freezer compartment, counter with toaster and much more. There is a Dutch but also German and Portuguese speaking house manager who can help you and answer all your questions. Each apartment has a large double bedroom with built-in wardrobes, double bed, dressing table and mirror and enough space for an additional bed or cot (on request in the apartment). The second twin bedroom has plenty of storage space and is at the back of the building. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, sink and toilet. At the rear of the building is also the large swimming pool with a children's pool, changing area, separate toilet and plenty of space on deck for sunbathing. Each apartment has 2 nice sofas for you.
In five minutes you can walk to the beautiful Carvoeiro beach, along the many shops, cafés and restaurants.

Some time ago www.FerienWohnungAlgarveMieten.de was started. An initiative by private owners to bring their rental apartments in the Algarve to the general public.
